European Bedding Company P.L.C. has a registered address in 13 Bacho Kiro Str. 5370 Dryanovo city, Gabrovo District, Bulgaria. The company was established in 2008 as a subsidiary of a Swedish company. At the end of 2012, 100% of the capital of European Bedding Company P.L.C. was acquired by the Bulgarian company New Management Ltd. with a sole capital owner Mr. Svilen Lozev. Originally, European Bedding Company P.L.C. specializes in the production of Top Mattresses and Textile Products needed for upholstery of beds. In 2016, the production of Headboard was utilized, and since 2018 the production of several models of elevation Box-Spring Beds.
